Step3: The Administrator will consider your application on its merits.
If the Administrator approves your application, you will be sent a letter and an Approved Purchaser Form. We at Endeavour Connect will be notified at the same time.
You have three months from the date on the approved purchaser form to buy your phone.
Step4: Once we receive notification from the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, we will contact you.
We will then direct you to the Online Store where you will purchase the phone of your choice at the full RRP price*. * The Full subsidy amount will be credited back to your nominated account once your phone is connected and we receive the final payment from the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts - Please note this can take between 2-6 weeks.
Step 5: Once you process your Satellite phone order online you will be directed to a page to connect your phone. At this stage you will be required to fill out a number of connection forms.
Step 6: To enable your phone to be connected as quick as possible, fax through the forms, including a copy of the approval you received from the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, plus 3 forms of identification to 1300 769 100.
The original copy of these forms will also need to be posted to:

Step 7: Your Phone will then be couried out to you!
