| Bond / Deposit |
- A bond/deposit of $1000.00 must be paid before renting the Qualcomm Sat/CDMA Phone.
- The bond must be paid by credit card.
- A receipt will be issued as confirmation of payment of the bond.
- Minimum of 3 days rental.
- Globalstar (satellite) calls are charged at a per 30secs rate: $0.90 cents per 30secs for outgoing calls & incoming calls are FREE. Flagfall is $0.90 cents.
- Cellular (CDMA) calls are charged at a per 30secs rate: $0.45 cents per 30 secs for outgoing calls & incoming calls are FREE. Flagfall is $0.45 cents.
- All charges are calculated 48 hours after phone has been returned.
- If you require the phone to be sent to you a courier charge of $15.00 each way will be incurred.
- The return deposit will take between 3 to 6 weeks to be refunded subject to call records downloading from the Globalstar network.

| Return of Phone Accessories |
- The rental phone & accessories must be returned in good working order & condition. A charge will be levied if phone or accessories are damaged above normal usage.

| Loss or Damage to Phone or Equipment |
- If the Qualcomm phone is lost or stolen, Endeavour Connect must be contacted immediately on 1300 769 000. Failure to do so will result in any calls made after the occurrence of loss or theft being charged to the hirer at the current call charge rate.
- Charge for a lost or damaged phone - $1999.00 incl. GST plus an additional charge for loss or damage to accessories/equipment at RRP.

| Late Fee |
- If the phone is not returned by the due date, a late fee of $50.00 per day will be charged over & above any other costs incurred by the hirer, unless prior arrangements have been made to extend the rental.

| Payment of Charges |
- All monies owing to Endeavour Connect at the end of the rental agreement will be debited from the credit card nominated on the rental agreement form.
- An account will be sent via mail or e-mail by Endeavour Connect advising of the amount to be debited and the date on which the amount will be debited from the nominated credit card.
